Returns Policy
Return Period
Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. This policy ensures both customer satisfaction and our ability to maintain quality control of returned items.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns on products that:
- Were shipped directly from Weralix
- Are in their original condition
- Have not been worn (except for fitting)
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Are accompanied by the original proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-tailored or altered garments
- Intimate accessories (pocket squares, ties, etc.) that have been used
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at ask@weralix.com to initiate your return
- Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package your items securely in their original packaging
- Include the return authorization form in your package
- Ship the items to our return center in Winnipeg
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the items within 2 business days
- You will receive an email confirming receipt and inspection results
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Important Notes About Refunds
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Items on sale or purchased with promotional discounts will be refunded at the price paid
Exchanges
For size or style exchanges:
- Contact us at ask@weralix.com before sending items back
- Ensure the desired replacement item is in stock
- Follow the same return process as outlined above
- Note your exchange request on the return form
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email photos of the damage to ask@weralix.com
- We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items
- Replacement items will be shipped at our expense
